EOE 2012 Registration Form________________________________
Thank you for your interest in this amazing experience!
We have a few options for payment.
If you register before March 1, 2012 the fee is $400. After March 1, 2012 the fee is $500.
You may pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 and set up a payment plan with Kim Grace or simply pay the balance when you arrive. Or you can opt to pay in full at this time, your choice. The fee covers lodging, meals, activities and a spa option.
You may want to bring some extra spending money for private sessions with our speakers, additional spa opportunities and/or to purchase small take-home treasures from our store.
